1. Use of this Site constitutes
agreement with the following terms and conditions.
2. This website (the Joint
External Debt Hub, JEDH) is jointly administered and
operated by four international agencies (hereinafter
referred as the “four agencies”): the Bank for International
Settlements (BIS), the International Monetary Fund (IMF),
the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development
(OECD), and the World Bank. The website is hosted by the
World Bank on behalf of the four agencies. The information
presented herein is to promote availability of comparable
and comprehensive external debt statistics to the general
public. The four agencies are pleased to allow Users to
visit the Site and download and copy the information,
documents and materials (collectively, "Materials") from the
Site for User's personal and non-commercial use.

3. Materials provided on this
site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either express or implied, including without limitation
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement. The four agencies
specifically do not make any warranties or representations
as to the accuracy or completeness of any such Materials.
The participating agencies periodically add, change,
improve, or update the Materials on this Site without
notice. Under no circumstances shall the four agencies be
liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred
or suffered which is claimed to result from use of this
Site, including without limitation, any fault, error,
omission, interruption or delay with respect thereto. Use of
this Site is at User's sole risk. Under no circumstances,
including, but not limited to, negligence, shall the four
agencies or their affiliates be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even
if these agencies have been advised of the possibility of

4. Neither the four agencies nor
their affiliates, nor any of their respective agents,
employees, information providers or content providers shall
be liable to any User or anyone else for any inaccuracy,
error, omission, interruption, timeliness, completeness,
deletion, defect, failure of performance, computer virus,
communication line failure, alteration of, or use of any
content herein, regardless of cause, for any damages
resulting therefrom.
5. The User of this site agrees
to indemnify the four agencies and their affiliates from and
against any and all actions, claims, losses, damages,
liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys'
fees) that may be incurred by the User, including without
limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would
constitute a breach by User of these terms and conditions.
Users who maintain an external website may include
electronic links to the homepage or any html page of this
website, provided that doing so:

infringe the intellectual property rights of the four
agencies, in particular with respect to their names,
acronyms and logos; and is not
misleading, for instance by implying endorsement by or
affiliation with the four agencies.
